This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how Clics Store, Inc (“CLICS”, “we” or “us”) and (or), if applicable, its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates, uses and protects your personal data (“Data”) that you provide to us for the registration on the website

1. Types of Data processed by CLICSa. Clics Store Services authorization Data.So, we are clear about the terminology we are using, when we use the “Data” in this Policy, we mean information that is capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked with you, such as your mobile number or email address, used for the registration your account in Facebook, and your public profile in Facebook (including your name/nickname and profile photo).
Thus, to use the Clics Store Services you have to:
- authorize via Facebook entering the email/phone number and password used for the registration in Facebook, or
- authorize via Google entering name, the email/phone number and password used for the registration in Google; or
- authorize via Apple entering the email/phone number and password used for the registration in Apple.
Passwords are collected and stored encrypted using an automated process.
We do not need and do not ask for the access to any other Data from your Facebook, Apple or Google account.
b. If you become a member of CLICS content, when you register as a member or change your CLICS account details, certain additional information, we may request and process background information about you and your content that we believe is necessary to assist us in marketing your content, as well as identifiers that allow us to verify your identity or your rights to the content you provide to us.
In each case of the request of such information we will ask for your consent for processing such Data, if there are no any other legal grounds for processing of such Data.
c. In addition to the foregoing, for each visit to the Website, CLICS collects the IP address and type of device accessing the website (such as a mobile phone or desktop computer, information about the operating system of your mobile device, about your browser, browser language or operating system; about your wireless network, etc.) to analyze usage and trends and personalize and improve the Website . We store and associate this Data with your account on the Website.
d. When you download and use our Mobile application, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, and operating system version. We do not ask for, access or track any location-based information from your mobile device at any time while downloading or using the Mobile Application.
e. When you send feedback via email or provide us with an error report, we will obtain your username, email address, and email content, so that we can communicate with you about problems encountered during the use of the Clics Store Services.
2. Processing of DataWe use the Data that we have about you to operate, provide, support and make our Clics Store Services more relevant and useful to you and others.
